It is the crown of a living institution — a unified architectural system that mirrors the building below it, the culture inside it, and the city that surrounds it.

RING ONE — IRIS GARDEN

Native ecology + micro-green production.

The outermost ring is a living garden — native Toronto plant species interwoven with micro-green cultivation systems. The Iris Garden feeds the building, filters the air, and anchors LOT T.O. to the land it stands on.

RING TWO — SOLAR RETINA

Radial solar array.

The middle ring is a radial photovoltaic array designed in the geometry of an eye's retina. The Solar Retina captures energy, converts it, and distributes it through the Evergreen OS — powering the building as a self-sustaining organism.

RING THREE — LUMINARY PUPIL

Toronto's cultural beacon.

The innermost ring is the Luminary Pupil — a light transmission system and cultural signal point visible across the city. The Pupil broadcasts the presence of THE LOT T.O™. as a living institution. It is the eye that watches, records, and transmits.
