For over a decade, our founder Shell has been studying cannabis at the intersection of sleep cycles and REM/NREM architecture, trauma-affected nervous systems, endocannabinoid system phenotypes, ancestral chronotypes and night-watch lineage, and the modern challenges of hybridized cannabis genetics.

This research explores how cannabinoids such as CBD, CBN, CBG, CBC, terpenes, and balanced THC:CBD ratios may support insomnia mitigation, nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, harm reduction, and multi-system symptom management.

We also investigate how modern hybrid strains — bred far from their ancestral lineage — may create "mixed signals" in the endocannabinoid system, and why some individuals respond best to clear indica, clear sativa, or balanced 1:1 profiles.

This initiative is not medical advice.
It is a founder-driven research program grounded in lived experience, cannabinoid science, and emerging evidence.
