PROJECT O — Frenchie Guardian Program

A growing collection of French Bulldog sculptures celebrating community, culture, and neighbourhood identity across Toronto. Each Guardian is a memorial infrastructure piece — honouring beloved pets, celebrating community companions, and anchoring neighbourhood identity through stewardship and cultural storytelling.

Community Bench Initiative

The bench is not furniture. It is a cultural node — a public-realm intervention, a neighbourhood identity anchor, a memory container, and a stewardship symbol. Each bench is designed, justified, and integrated into LOT OS and the Master Thesis as a permanent community contribution.

Companion Infrastructure

Supporting installations that extend the reach of each primary piece — plaques, storytelling stations, QR-linked community directories, and accessibility-forward design elements that ensure every installation is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to all.

LOT Local Paws Initiative

Community-rooted programming that connects the Frenchie Guardian Program to local pet owners, families, and neighbourhood stewards — building belonging through shared identity and lived experience.

Memorial & Stewardship Installations

Permanent and semi-permanent installations designed to honour, remember, and celebrate — individuals, animals, communities, and moments that shaped Toronto's neighbourhoods. Non-extractive. Continuity-driven. Community-rooted.

Neighbourhood Cultural Nodes

Public-realm interventions that activate underused spaces, create gathering points, and strengthen the social fabric of Toronto's diverse neighbourhoods. Each node is planned, documented, and governed through the Concept / Planning Assets framework.
