Evergreen OS is the biological operating system of LOT T.O. — the infrastructure that makes the building a living organism rather than a static structure.

Every system feeds every other system. Nothing is wasted. Everything is recorded.

THE FIVE SYSTEMS

01 — ROOFTOP GARDEN

Native Toronto plant species and micro-green cultivation integrated into THE LIVING EYE OF T.O™ Iris Garden ring. The rooftop garden produces food, filters air, manages stormwater, and anchors the building to the ecology of the land it occupies.

02 — COMPOST LOOP

All organic waste from the Cannabis Culinary Arts Lab, rooftop garden, and building operations feeds directly back into the compost loop. The loop returns nutrients to the rooftop garden, closing the biological cycle and eliminating organic waste from the building's footprint.

03 — WATER RECYCLING

Greywater from building operations is filtered, treated, and redistributed for rooftop irrigation and non-potable building use. The water recycling system reduces municipal water dependency and integrates with the compost loop to maintain soil health in the Iris Garden.

04 — MICRO-GREEN PRODUCTION

High-density micro-green cultivation systems operate within the Iris Garden ring, producing nutrient-dense greens for the Cannabis Culinary Arts Lab and community distribution. Micro-green production is a direct economic output of the Evergreen OS — ecology as revenue.

05 — SOLAR ENERGY

The Solar Retina ring of THE LIVING EYE OF T.O™ captures radial solar energy and distributes it through the building's power infrastructure. Solar energy offsets building operations, powers the Cultural OS and Sovereignty Engine servers, and feeds surplus back into the grid.
