Introducing the LOT T.O Multidraft Disability Evidence System™ — Toronto’s Next Step in Disability Innovation

Toronto is evolving, and so are its disability systems.

LAST OF TRUE TORONTO, LTD.™ proudly launches the LOT T.O Multidraft Disability Evidence System™, a Toronto‑born innovation designed to modernize disability documentation, recognize environmental disability, and strengthen Housing First outcomes.

Built from lived experience and community stewardship, the LOT T.O system integrates:

  • Environmental‑disability recognition — acknowledging heat, ventilation, and air‑quality impacts on health.
  • Housing First documentation — supporting encampment‑to‑housing transitions with structured evidence.
  • Wearable‑supported data — voluntary, consent‑based metrics from devices like Oura Ring, Fitbit, and WHOOP.
  • Hermetic Organizational Intelligence (HOI) — transforming lived experience into structured, adjudication‑ready documentation.

This is not a government program — it’s a Toronto‑native systems design that can be adopted or partnered with by municipal, clinical, and community organizations.

Why It Matters

Environmental disability is real.
Heat, humidity, and poor ventilation can trigger or worsen medical conditions.
LOT T.O provides the tools to document these impacts ethically and effectively, empowering residents with objective evidence rather than surveillance.

Our Mission

To build disability‑documentation systems that are:

  • Trauma‑informed
  • Evidence‑driven
  • Environmentally aware
  • Technologically modern
  • Community‑rooted
  • Toronto‑born

Join the Movement

We’re inviting partners, researchers, and community organizations to explore pilot collaborations and municipal adoption opportunities.
