FOR THE LOT is not a GoFundMe.

We are raising funds to acquire 1020 Dupont St and its adjacent lot — to build Toronto's first community-powered cultural infrastructure hub.
A place with:
- Rentable lockers + luggage storage for unhoused community members, gig workers, and creators
- Sleep pods + showers — a humane micro-housing system inside industrial walls
- Green space + a solar-powered canopy
- Artist residencies rooted in the master thesis
- Studios, maker labs, editing suites, writing rooms
- An indoor + outdoor venue for concerts, markets, film screenings, and night markets
- Community services built from lived experience
